Karan Bandivadekar
Karan brings over 18 years of experience in Fundraising, Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Business Advisory. He has a proven track record in executing transaction advisory mandates and managing complex corporate advisory projects. With a strong network of Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Structured Finance funds, Karan is well-connected in the financial ecosystem. He is a first-attempt Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business. His professional journey includes stints at PwC, IndusInd Bank, and Crosby Textor, where he developed deep expertise in financial advisory and strategic consulting.
Rohhan Surekh Bandiwadekar
Rohhan brings over 21 years of expertise in diverse areas, including Fund Management Services, Transaction Banking, Forex, Wealth Management, Credit, FinTech, E-commerce, Foreign Portfolio Investments, and Fundraising. A Commerce graduate with an MBA from Mumbai University, he has held significant roles at Citibank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and several startups. Rohhan’s extensive global network spans Fund Managers, Financial Institutions, Asset Managers, Family Offices, and high-net-worth individuals across Singapore, Hong Kong, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, enabling him to leverage strategic relationships and drive impactful financial initiatives worldwide.
